Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation

Whether getting back on the court, back to work, or back to life, the postoperative course is critical to a successful outcome.  The relationship between the therapist and patient is based on trust and open communication.  If the patient is having difficulty with a particular phase of the rehabilitation, then the therapist needs to be aware so that further difficulties do not arise.

Both Physical and Occupational Therapists are trained in multiple modalities and can often times adjust their techniques to accommodate the patient.

The following information serves as an instructional guide and should only be performed within the restriction of your rehabilitation protocol. If you have any questions, ask you therapist or physician before beginning an exercise.
